Second question: Does every stone have a certificate from an independent institution, such as GIA? A brand's own certificate is not the same as a certificate from an independent gemological institute. This is the fundamental difference between certified and declared jewelry.
Third question: Does the staff explain jewelry concepts in simple language and without pressure? A good jewelry consultant asks, listens, and explains. They don't push a specific model and don't scare customers with technical terms.
