BELLER Care: caring for your jewelry
BELLER Care: once you join, we look after your jewelry through all the years you wear it. Every design is made in our own workshop, so we know how it is built and we care for it ourselves.
Register your jewelry with the number on its BELLER certificate: in your account, under “My jewelry”, or at one of our boutiques. From that day on, we clean and polish your jewelry and check the settings of its stones, free of charge and for life. If your jewelry was bought before 16 September 2026, we clean and polish it even without registration. Repairs carry a charge: we quote each one before we begin, and the repair price list gives indicative prices.
BELLER Care is not a warranty or a guarantee, and it does not change the rights the law gives you. Everything it covers is set out in the BELLER Care Terms.
Cleaning and polishing
BELLER jewelry is made to be worn, and everyday life gradually dulls its shine and leaves fine scratches. Once you join BELLER Care, we bring the shine back: we clean your jewelry at the boutique counter, and in our workshop we polish it and refresh the finish. Our goldsmith decides on polishing, as it removes a fine layer of metal. If your white gold is registered with BELLER Care, we rhodium-plate it free of charge for two years from the day you collect it, when its color calls for it; after that, rhodium plating is quoted individually and we give you the cost before we begin.
Gold recycling
Gold does not lose its value when jewelry is no longer worn. We refine the gold you entrust to us, including gold that has passed through several generations, in our workshop and give it the new form of a ring, a necklace or a pair of earrings: from our collections, or to a design created especially for you. Family gold returns to everyday wear.
Engraving
A date, initials or a word that means more than it lets on: an engraving gives jewelry a personal character. We engrave in our workshop, and whether it can be done depends on the design, the space available and the thickness of the metal; we assess this at the boutique, once we have seen the jewelry. Engraving is free of charge with the purchase of your jewelry. An engraving added after purchase, or a change or restoration of an existing one, is quoted individually before we begin.
Resizing and repairs
Hands change, and a ring can change with them. We resize by hand, in our workshop, wherever the design of the jewelry allows. One resizing of a ring, or one shortening of a bracelet or necklace, is part of the purchase and free of charge, on presentation of the certificate or proof of purchase. Each further resizing and every repair, such as soldering, replacing a clasp or setting a new stone, is quoted individually: we give you the amount before we begin, and we begin only once you have approved it. This does not apply to claims, which we handle under the law: you pay neither for the repair nor for the shipping. Indicative prices are set out in the repair price list.
Responsibility
We treat responsibility as part of the craft. We melt down the gold you entrust to us and give it a new form. When you choose BELLER, you choose jewelry we look after for years rather than replace with something new.
Jewelry mastery
BELLER jewelry is made by hand in our own workshop: from the first sketch, through the setting of the stone, to the finishing of the surface. The same workshop looks after it years later, so the goldsmith who polishes your jewelry knows where a ring's shank wears fastest, how a bracelet's clasp works, and which surface can be polished and which must stay matte. We pass the craft on within the workshop, from hand to hand, and we create with generations in mind, not seasons.

BELLER jewelry is meant to accompany you for years: the diamond should sit securely in its setting, the gold should keep the depth of its color, and the clasp should work just as it did on the day you collected it. That is why caring for jewelry matters to us as much as creating it.
Bring your jewelry to our boutiques at Mokotowska 71 in Warsaw and Szczepańska 9 in Kraków. There we examine it under a loupe and tell you what is worth doing next, and if it is registered with BELLER Care, we clean it at the counter. The condition of a setting cannot be judged from a photograph; at the boutique counter, we can see it in a few minutes.
