Why does the silver necklace retain its bright color?
Because it is rhodium-plated, meaning it is covered with a thin layer of rhodium, which gives it a cool, white luster similar to white gold and significantly slows down tarnishing. Rhodium is harder than silver, so it also protects the delicate chain from scratches. This keeps the necklace looking fresh for a long time.
What does 925 on a necklace mean?
This is sterling silver, an alloy with 92.5% pure silver, recognized worldwide as the standard for fine silver. Pure silver would be too soft for a delicate chain, so a small amount of alloy is added for strength. In our case, a layer of rhodium is added for shine and protection.
What chain length should I choose?
Classic 40 to 45 cm sits close to the neck, while longer 50 to 60 cm gracefully drapes over the décolletage. We will choose the length to suit your height and style, and we can also make the necklace to order.
How do I care for a silver necklace, and does it come with a certificate?
Each product comes with a BELLER brand certificate of authenticity and a 925 hallmark, and rhodium plating protects its shine. Store it in a dry place, preferably separately, and remove it before bathing and cleaning, and the rhodium layer will retain its brilliance for a long time. Should it dull over the years, we will refresh it as part of our jewelry service.
Where can I see silver necklaces in person?
We invite you to our boutique in Warsaw or our boutique in Krakow, where you can compare lengths and try on models with a neckline.
