BELLER knows its jewelry from the first sketch. It is made in a single workshop of our own, passes through the hands of the same master goldsmiths and leaves them with its own number in the certificate. That number stays with the piece for life, and BELLER Care begins with it.

Care begins the moment you join. From then on, cleaning and polishing remain free of charge for life, we check the setting of the stones, and every visit is recorded against the certificate number. BELLER Care is neither a loyalty program nor a warranty. It is the commitment of the house to what has left it.

Gold lives with the wearing. It dulls from creams, water and touch, prongs wear thin with time, and a master goldsmith sees it under the loupe long before a hand would notice. That is why BELLER jewelry returns to us as often as it needs to, into the same hands that made it.

We clean at the counter, every time the jewelry comes back to us. We polish in the workshop only when the finish calls for it, because every polishing removes a thin layer of precious metal. A setting that the inspection finds loose is tightened. Matte, satin and engraved surfaces stay as they left the workshop, with no high polish imposed on them.

The certificate leaves the workshop together with the jewelry, in a signed envelope, with the founder’s signature. A number entered in the account at beller.pl, or a certificate shown in the boutique, opens the care, and from that moment your jewelry remains under it.

The number belongs to the jewelry, not to a person. If the piece was a gift, the one who wears it joins BELLER Care. The account shows the jewelry and the date of its last inspection, and every six months we invite you for cleaning and a check of the setting.

The inspection covers twelve points, takes about half an hour and is carried out at the counter, in front of the owner. We look at every setting under the loupe, check the prongs, the clasps and the shank, weigh the jewelry and clean it at the end, and record the date against the certificate number so that its history grows with it. After joining, the inspection remains free of charge, by prior appointment.

Cleaning needs no appointment and takes a few minutes, a visit to the boutique is enough. We use the ultrasonic cleaner and steam only where the stone and the finish allow it. Pearls, emeralds and oiled stones are cleaned by hand only.

One ring resizing, or one shortening of a bracelet or necklace, is included in the purchase. White gold is rhodium plated free of charge for two years from collection, later it is quoted individually, depending on the design.

A new stone in place of a lost one, soldering, a further resizing: repairs are paid, and each is quoted before the master goldsmith begins. Without the owner’s consent no work begins, and the quote is known in advance. The full rules and repair price list are set out in the terms of BELLER Care.
