How to choose the length + BELLER necklaces come in lengths from 38 to 46 cm: shorter ones rest at the base of the neck, longer ones fall towards the collarbones. You choose the length when placing your order; the exact dimensions of each model are listed in the Details tab.
One complimentary adjustment + Every order includes one complimentary length adjustment. We can also add an adjuster to your necklace and shorten it at any moment. When placing your order, tell us in the "Something just for you" field in the cart which adjustment you need, and we will take care of the rest.
Layered compositions + For layered looks, combine lengths about 5 cm apart; each necklace will keep its own line. Write to us at

How much does delivery cost and how long does it take? + Within Poland and across the European Union, delivery of BELLER jewelry is always free. To countries outside the EU (including the USA, United Kingdom and Australia) insured shipping costs 250 PLN. Parcels are sent by DHL, FedEx or InPost courier. Items available in stock are dispatched within 2 to 5 business days.
Can I return the jewelry? + When you buy online you have 14 days from receiving the jewelry to tell us that you are withdrawing from the contract, without giving a reason. Write to atelier@beller.pl. Give the order number or anything else that lets us find your purchase. Once you have told us, send the jewelry back within the next 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not cover jewelry that is not prefabricated and is made to your specification or clearly personalized, for example jewelry with an individual engraving. This exclusion does not limit your rights in respect of a complaint. A reduced price alone does not remove the right of withdrawal.
Can I pay in instalments? + Yes. With
Klarna you can conveniently split the payment into several parts. You choose the instalment option at checkout. We also accept BLIK, Przelewy24, Visa and Mastercard.
What diamonds do you use? + In BELLER jewelry we set only natural diamonds of D to E colour and VVS1 clarity. Stones above 0.3 carat come with a GIA certificate, and smaller ones with a certificate from a BELLER gemmologist. Every piece also comes with a BELLER brand certificate of authenticity. Complimentary engraving and boutique visit + We engrave every order free of charge. You are also welcome to visit our boutiques in Warsaw at
Mokotowska 71 and in Kraków at
Szczepańska 9 , Monday to Saturday from 11:00 to 19:00. We will help you choose jewelry or design a bespoke piece.

What Klarna offers + Klarna gives three options in Poland: pay now, defer the payment by 30 days, or split it into three instalments. Which of them you see depends on the order value and on Klarna, which decides at every single payment. You confirm the choice after moving from checkout to Klarna. Instalments on 6, 12 or 24 months are not offered in Poland at all.
