Untouched Nature
BELLER admits into its jewelry only gemstones of the highest grade. The essence of a gemstone is its color, which is why we preserve it exactly as nature formed it. All the gemstones we set in our workshop are of AAA grade and fully natural, unheated, and untreated. Such a stone remains a singular trace of nature and time, and we regard quality understood in this way as a commitment to the stone itself and to the person for whom the jewelry is created.
Global curation
BELLER accepts no compromise in the selection of gemstones. Colored stones enter our jewelry only in AAA grade, and we choose each one individually for the design it is meant for. We select them with exceptional care, not only for their uniqueness and beauty, but also for their origin and the conditions under which they are sourced. At BELLER, we ensure that every stone comes from sources that honor both people and the planet. Each gem carries within it the spirit of its birthplace: its culture, its legacy, and its singular energy. Our collection includes sapphires from Montana and Sri Lanka, tsavorites from Kenya, tourmalines and tanzanites from Madagascar, emeralds from Colombia and Zambia, rubies from Burma, and topazes from Brazil.

Jeweler’s precision
It is the cut that reveals the full color and brilliance of our AAA-grade stones. A perfect cut is born from the fusion of science and craftsmanship. The harmony between precise jewelry-making techniques and a deep understanding of the natural qualities of gemstones allows the true beauty of each stone to emerge. Master cutters, artisans of their craft, enhance the innate qualities of every gem through the careful selection of its cut. This choice is essential to the stone’s appearance, brilliance, and value. The cutting styles shown below have been part of the jeweler’s canon for centuries. You’ll find them in BELLER collections.
Brilliant cut: the classic and most sought-after cut, especially for diamonds. Its near-conical shape brings out the stone’s brilliance to the fullest. It has 57 or 58 facets that reflect light and create an exceptional sparkle.
Marquise cut: an elongated shape with sharp ends that resembles a smile. This cut is chosen to visually enlarge the stone and give it a unique character.
Emerald cut: characterized by an elongated rectangular shape with beveled corners. This cut emphasizes the clarity of the stone and its deep color, giving the jewelry an elegant and classic look.
Oval cut: similar to a brilliant cut, but in an oval shape, which makes it more subtle. It combines the brilliance of facets with a soft, elongated line.
Heart cut: a symbol of love and romance. This cut requires extensive experience from the cutter to perfectly reproduce the symmetrical shape of the heart.
Cabochon cut: the stone is shaped and polished smooth, without facets. The cabochon emphasizes the natural color and structure of the stone.
Excellent durability
We set AAA-grade gemstones in solid precious metal, in our in-house workshop. Handcrafting BELLER jewelry demands impeccable precision and the true mastery of our jewelers. The way a gemstone is set is not only a matter of aesthetics but also of technique: it determines the exceptional durability of the jewelry. Our experienced BELLER jewelers spend hours of focused work on every stone, with meticulous care, to bring out its hidden beauty, color and brilliance. Luxury lies in the details: in this case, in the millimeter-perfect precision of the cut. Discover the most iconic techniques of gemstone setting.
Prong setting: one of the most frequently used techniques, characterized by the use of metal “claws” or prongs that gently but securely hold the stone. This method allows for maximum use of light because more of the stone is exposed. The prong setting not only highlights the shine of the stone, but also allows it to be viewed closely from many angles.
Bezel setting: in this technique, the gemstone is completely surrounded by metal, which gives it greater protection. The bezel setting offers a smooth, elegant finish and minimizes the risk of the jewelry catching on clothing or other objects.
Pavé setting: this technique involves setting many small stones side by side, creating a glittering, continuous surface. The stones are held by tiny prongs, which makes the pavé setting exceptionally brilliant and striking, perfect for adding extra sparkle to jewelry.
Invisible setting: an advanced technique in which the stones are set so that the metal is not visible between them, which gives the impression that the stones are floating next to each other with no visible connections. Invisible setting requires great precision and skill, but the end result is stunning, highlighting the beauty and purity of the stones.
Channel setting: in this method, gemstones are placed in a groove and held in place by being precisely fitted between metal edges. The channel setting provides a smooth finish and is often chosen for wedding rings and engagement rings, offering a subtle yet refined effect.
