Full eternity rings, with stones set all the way around, usually cannot be resized without disturbing the setting, so we can only say what is possible once we have seen the ring. One resizing of a ring, or one shortening of a bracelet, is part of the purchase: we carry it out free of charge, whether or not you join BELLER Care, on presentation of the certificate or proof of purchase. Each further resizing is quoted for your particular piece before we begin; indicative prices are set out in the repair price list in the BELLER Care Terms.

It is not a warranty or a guarantee, and it takes nothing away from the rights the law gives you: under Polish law, we are liable to the person who bought the jewelry for a lack of conformity with the contract that existed at delivery and becomes apparent within two years. These rights apply whether or not you join BELLER Care, and your statutory rights under the law of your own country are not affected. If you notice a defect, bring the jewelry to one of our boutiques, at Mokotowska 71 in Warsaw or Szczepańska 9 in Kraków, or write to atelier@beller.pl and we will tell you how to send it to us. We will reply within 14 days at the latest.

You can bring your jewelry to a boutique or send it to us: we arrange the shipment in advance, by phone or email, and then give you the address and how to pack and secure the parcel. Shipping within Poland costs PLN 20 each way. From outside Poland it is PLN 200 to PLN 350, depending on the country; we give you the amount when we arrange the shipment.
