How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?

Within Poland and across the European Union, delivery of BELLER jewellery is always free. To countries outside the EU (including the USA, United Kingdom and Australia) insured shipping costs 250 PLN. Every parcel is sent by DHL courier. Items available in stock are dispatched within 2 to 5 business days.

Can I return the jewellery?

Yes, you have 14 days to return it. The piece should be unworn, with its tag and in the original BELLER packaging. Jewellery made to individual order is created solely for you and therefore cannot be returned.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. With Klarna you can conveniently split the payment into several parts. You choose the instalment option at checkout. We also accept BLIK, Przelewy24, Visa and Mastercard.

What diamonds do you use?

In BELLER jewellery we set only natural diamonds of D to E colour and VVS1 clarity. Stones above 0.3 carat come with a GIA certificate, and smaller ones with a certificate from a BELLER gemmologist. Every piece also comes with a BELLER brand certificate of authenticity. Read more on our Certification page.

Complimentary engraving and atelier visit

We engrave every order free of charge. You are also welcome to visit our ateliers in Warsaw at Mokotowska 71 and in Kraków at Szczepańska 9, Monday to Saturday from 11:00 to 19:00. We will help you choose jewellery or design a bespoke piece.

The Promise N°14 ring is an exceptional example of jewellery craftsmanship, where the precious metal meets precision of workmanship. The 2.5 mm wide band was handcrafted in our goldsmith's workshop from 585 (14k) yellow gold or - on request - 750 (18k). Both versions offer durability and elegance: 585 stands out with its delicate shade and resistance to everyday use, while 750 captivates with its intense colour and luxurious finish. Each ring is made entirely in Poland, from solid gold, without compromise. Its heart is a 0.50 CT cushion diamond, flanked by additional stones with a total weight of 0.28 CT - all certified by GIA and selected exclusively in D-E colors and VVS1-VS1 purity.
