On December 4th, the BELLER brand celebrated the grand premiere of its latest Krakow Collection in Krakow, inspired by the city's symbols and cultural heritage. The presentation took place at the brand's boutique on Szczepańska Street. Gold and gemstone jewelry was displayed on iconic Krakow pretzel carts, gaining a perversely urban, nostalgic context. The evening culminated in an elegant candlelit dinner at the historic Stary Hotel, which gathered guests from all over Poland: representatives from the world of art, fashion, business, brand ambassadors, and clients. The menu served was inspired by Krakow legends and motifs, and enhanced with a tasting of local wines from the Srebrna Góra vineyard located in Krakow.
The collection was divided into three chapters, which form a cohesive narrative about the city. The first draws from the architecture of the Barbican – its geometric forms, rhythm, and brick structure, which gain a modern, minimalist dimension in the jewelry. These are designs with balanced proportions, strong lines, and distinctive constructivism, evoking the most important works of Krakow's defensive architecture. As a result, the jewelry becomes not only an adornment but also a subtle interpretation of the place's history, rendered in a thoroughly contemporary form.
The second chapter is inspired by Wyspiański's and Mehoffer's stained-glass windows – their colors and play of light are reflected in compositions of precious stones: sapphires, emeralds, tanzanites, tourmalines, peridots, garnets, and citrines. Intense, vibrant colors become BELLER's hallmark, lending the designs an aura of luminosity known from the Art Nouveau creations of both masters. Each stone has been chosen with the precision characteristic of the brand, to convey the rhythm of colors and emotions of the stained-glass windows, which for over a century have been one of Krakow's most beautiful calling cards.
The third chapter refers to the Wawel Dragon, a symbol of strength and imagination, whose sensual scales inspired organic, sculptural structures. The designs feature soft, flowing lines, textures with a subtly biotic character, and forms that settle on the skin like tiny, golden talismans. This is the most emotional part of the collection, combining the city's mythology with a modern interpretation of feminine power.
Each element of the collection is made from the highest quality materials: in 585 (14 karat) and 750 (18 karat) gold, and 925 sterling silver. This jewelry combines tradition with modernity and proves that Polish goldsmithing can be both artisanal and contemporary, subtle and expressive. The designs were created for individuals who seek not only form but also history and emotions in jewelry – something to wear close, consciously, and with the feeling that every detail holds meaning.
