Studs or drops for every day?
For everyday wear, studs are the most comfortable, because they are light, do not catch on clothing and suit any outfit. Drop earrings are better kept for the evening and special occasions, when you want the diamonds to move. If you are looking for one pair for everything, delicate diamond studs work best.
What to look at in the diamonds?
The sparkle of a stone depends mainly on the cut, and then on carat, colour and clarity. With earrings it also matters that both diamonds are matched as a pair, so they look identical in cut, colour and weight. A well chosen cut makes even small diamonds work beautifully in the light.
Which gold colour for diamonds?
Every pair is available in three gold colours. White gold is classic with diamonds and emphasises their sparkle, yellow adds warmth, and rose brings a soft, romantic tone. Choosing 14K or 18K is a matter of character, not hierarchy.
What about comfort and the clasp?
Studs usually have a post and back, comfortable and secure for light designs. Because our earrings are solid gold, they suit daily wear well, also for more sensitive ears. Heavier drop designs are worth saving for longer occasions.
