How to choose a women's gold necklace?
Start with how and when you will wear it: every day, to a neckline, on its own or layered with other chains. Then choose the length, the chain type and the gold colour. What necklace length should you choose?
Length decides where the necklace sits. Shorter designs sit close to the neck, classic lengths fall to the collarbone, and longer ones work beautifully in layers and with a deeper neckline. If a chain is too long, we can shorten it for you.
- 35 to 40 cm: close to the neck, choker effect
- 42 to 45 cm: classic length, to the collarbone
- 50 to 60 cm: longer, good for layering and deeper necklines
Which chain type?
The chain gives a necklace its character and affects its strength. Delicate chains are subtle and light for everyday wear, while bolder forms draw more attention. Because our necklaces are solid gold, they hold their form well and last longer than light, hollow chains.
14K or 18K, and which gold colour?
Choosing the purity is a matter of character: 14K gold is firmer and cooler in tone, 18K is warmer and deeper. Every necklace is also available in three gold colours: yellow, white and rose. Yellow is classic, white is modern and cool, and rose is soft and romantic, so you match the necklace to your style.
How much does a gold necklace cost?
The price depends on purity, the weight of gold and the chain. At BELLER, gold necklaces start at around 1850 PLN for subtle Minimal designs, while heavier pieces or those with a pearl sit higher. Engraving, service and care
Where the design allows, for example on a pendant, we add complimentary engraving, so you can personalise the necklace. On initial designs such as Minimal N°7 you choose any letter, and on many pieces there is full scope for personalisation, so the necklace is truly yours. We also offer a complimentary refreshing and polishing service. For everyday care, take jewellery off before bathing and sleeping and store it separately to avoid tangling and scratches.
