How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?

Within Poland and across the European Union, delivery of BELLER jewellery is always free. To countries outside the EU (including the USA, United Kingdom and Australia) insured shipping costs 250 PLN. Every parcel is sent by DHL courier. Items available in stock are dispatched within 2 to 5 business days.

Can I return the jewellery?

Yes, you have 14 days to return it. The piece should be unworn, with its tag and in the original BELLER packaging. Jewellery made to individual order is created solely for you and therefore cannot be returned.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. With Klarna you can conveniently split the payment into several parts. You choose the instalment option at checkout. We also accept BLIK, Przelewy24, Visa and Mastercard.

What diamonds do you use?

In BELLER jewellery we set only natural diamonds of D to E colour and VVS1 clarity. Stones above 0.3 carat come with a GIA certificate, and smaller ones with a certificate from a BELLER gemmologist. Every piece also comes with a BELLER brand certificate of authenticity. Read more on our Certification page.

Complimentary engraving and atelier visit

We engrave every order free of charge. You are also welcome to visit our ateliers in Warsaw at Mokotowska 71 and in Kraków at Szczepańska 9, Monday to Saturday from 11:00 to 19:00. We will help you choose jewellery or design a bespoke piece.

In addition, the set diamond of the highest parameters will add to its elegance and piquant shine. At your request we will make it in gold of hallmark 585 or 750. Remember personalization is endless.
Minimal N°7 bracelet, handcrafted from 14 karat gold in our in-house workshop. The subtle chain is decorated with the letter M and a diamond of 1.5mm diameter, 0.013 ct weight, VVS1 clarity and D color. Specially for you we will prepare a bracelet with any desired letter. Provide information about your choice when placing your order.
Made by master goldsmiths, the Minimal N°7 bracelet is made of your choice of 585 or 750 gold sample. You can personalize it by deciding what shade we should form it for you: yellow, rose or white. This is more than jewelry - it is a product of craftsmanship and subtlety.
