A green sapphire of 0.58 CT, held in a decorative bezel, is the heart of the B.One N°21 ring from the BELLER B.One collection. The bezel outlines the stone with a line of gold, so its green gains a clear contour, much like a painting in a frame. In this form, in size 10 and in 14K (585) gold, the ring exists only once. The classic lines of the setting soften the vivid color of the stone, so the ring can be worn both every day and on special occasions.
What is the bezel in the B.One N°21 ring?
In B.One N°21 the bezel is a setting in which a strip of gold surrounds the sapphire, rather than individual prongs. It is decorative and encircles the 0.58 CT stone all the way round, so it holds it securely and protects its edges from chipping. The ring still weighs only about 1.19 g.
Where does the sapphire in B.One N°21 come from?
From Sri Lanka. It is a natural AAA grade sapphire of 0.58 CT, which we sourced ourselves; it has not been heated or subjected to any other treatment. A numbered BELLER certificate with a gemologist's description, handed over with the ring, sets out its grades. The stone came first, and we designed the decorative bezel for it afterwards.
What size is B.One N°21?
Size 10. The ring comes in one size; we can make it smaller, but it cannot be enlarged. It is worth checking the size on the exact finger the ring is meant for, because even the fingers of one hand differ in size. For a finger larger than size 10 this ring will not fit.
