Across Europe we entrust every parcel to DHL couriers. Delivery is complimentary and takes 2 to 5 working days. Each shipment travels fully insured. Details in our

We deliver worldwide with DHL, UPS, FedEx and GLS. Options, costs and delivery times are shown at checkout; most orders arrive within 8 to 10 working days, always fully insured. Details in our

Online purchases: 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the contract. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Exceptions apply to personalized jewelry. Details in our

Within Poland and across the European Union, delivery of BELLER jewelry is always free. To countries outside the EU (including the USA, United Kingdom and Australia) insured shipping costs 250 PLN. Every parcel is sent by DHL courier. Items available in stock are dispatched within 2 to 5 business days.
When you buy online you have 14 days from receiving the jewelry to tell us that you are withdrawing from the contract, without giving a reason. Write to atelier@beller.pl. Give the order number or anything else that lets us find your purchase. Once you have told us, send the jewelry back within the next 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not cover jewelry that is not prefabricated and is made to your specification or clearly personalized, for example jewelry with an individual engraving. This exclusion does not limit your rights in respect of a complaint. A reduced price alone does not remove the right of withdrawal.
Yes. With
Klarna you can conveniently split the payment into several parts. You choose the instalment option at checkout. We also accept BLIK, Przelewy24, Visa and Mastercard.
In BELLER jewelry we set only natural diamonds of D to E colour and VVS1 clarity. Stones above 0.3 carat come with a GIA certificate, and smaller ones with a certificate from a BELLER gemmologist. Every piece also comes with a BELLER brand certificate of authenticity. Read more on our

We engrave every order free of charge. You are also welcome to visit our ateliers in Warsaw at
Mokotowska 71 and in Kraków at
Szczepańska 9, Monday to Saturday from 11:00 to 19:00. We will help you choose jewelry or design a bespoke piece.
You choose how to pay at checkout, in the same step as the delivery.

You can defer the payment by 30 days, at no extra cost. You choose Klarna at checkout. At this amount Klarna does not split the payment into instalments.
At this amount Klarna does not spread the payment. You can pay by transfer, BLIK or card. If you would rather talk it through, we are waiting at Mokotowska 71 in Warszawa and Szczepańska 9 in Kraków.
Klarna gives three options in Poland: pay now, defer the payment by 30 days, or split it into three instalments. Which of them you see depends on the order value and on Klarna, which decides at every single payment. You confirm the choice after moving from checkout to Klarna. Instalments on 6, 12 or 24 months are not offered in Poland at all.
We also accept BLIK, Przelewy24, Visa and Mastercard cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. In our boutiques you can also pay by card or in cash.
