Delivery within Europe + Across Europe we entrust every parcel to DHL couriers. Delivery is complimentary and takes 2 to 5 working days. Each shipment travels fully insured. Details in our

International delivery + We deliver worldwide with DHL, UPS, FedEx and GLS. Options, costs and delivery times are shown at checkout; most orders arrive within 8 to 10 working days, always fully insured. Details in our

Exchanges and returns + Online purchases: 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the contract. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Exceptions apply to personalized jewelry. Details in our
return policy . Every BELLER piece is crafted by hand; if time is of the essence, write to us at

A rigid bracelet looks its best when matched to the wrist within half a centimetre. Open a section to see the details.
How to measure your wrist + Wrap a soft measuring tape or a strip of paper around your wrist just behind the bone and read the circumference. Choose the size closest to your measurement; sizes grow in half-centimetre steps. Fitted this way, the bracelet rests close to the wrist while keeping full freedom of movement.
One complimentary resize + Every order includes one complimentary resize. If your bracelet needs adjusting, write to us at
atelier@beller.pl and we will take care of the rest.

How much does delivery cost and how long does it take? + Within Poland and across the European Union, delivery of BELLER jewelry is always free. To countries outside the EU (including the USA, United Kingdom and Australia) insured shipping costs 250 PLN. Every parcel is sent by DHL courier. Items available in stock are dispatched within 2 to 5 business days.
Can I return the jewelry? + When you buy online you have 14 days from receiving the jewelry to tell us that you are withdrawing from the contract, without giving a reason. Write to atelier@beller.pl. Give the order number or anything else that lets us find your purchase. Once you have told us, send the jewelry back within the next 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not cover jewelry that is not prefabricated and is made to your specification or clearly personalized, for example jewelry with an individual engraving. This exclusion does not limit your rights in respect of a complaint. A reduced price alone does not remove the right of withdrawal.
Can I pay in instalments? + Yes. With
Klarna you can conveniently split the payment into several parts. You choose the instalment option at checkout. We also accept BLIK, Przelewy24, Visa and Mastercard.
What diamonds do you use? + In BELLER jewelry we set only natural diamonds of D to E colour and VVS1 clarity. Stones above 0.3 carat come with a GIA certificate, and smaller ones with a certificate from a BELLER gemmologist. Every piece also comes with a BELLER brand certificate of authenticity. Complimentary engraving and atelier visit + We engrave every order free of charge. You are also welcome to visit our ateliers in Warsaw at
Mokotowska 71 and in Kraków at
Szczepańska 9 , Monday to Saturday from 11:00 to 19:00. We will help you choose jewelry or design a bespoke piece.

At this amount Klarna does not spread the payment. You can pay by transfer, BLIK or card. If you would rather talk it through, we are waiting at Mokotowska 71 in Warszawa and Szczepańska 9 in Kraków.
What Klarna offers + Klarna gives three options in Poland: pay now, defer the payment by 30 days, or split it into three instalments. Which of them you see depends on the order value and on Klarna, which decides at every single payment. You confirm the choice after moving from checkout to Klarna. Instalments on 6, 12 or 24 months are not offered in Poland at all.
Other ways to pay + We also accept BLIK, Przelewy24, Visa and Mastercard cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. In our boutiques you can also pay by card or in cash.
When your jewelry arrives + Deferring the payment changes nothing about the delivery. We send your order on the same terms as any other, fully insured. You will find the details in the shipping and returns tab.
