    The Pearl N°3 silver pendant links the pearl with water: its flattened oval has a gently curving edge reminiscent of a river's current. Light flows along this curve, much as water follows the bend of a riverbed. The entire pendant is made of 925 silver and only then plated with rhodium.

  • The Pearl N°3 silver pendant belongs to a collection that interprets the shape of a pearl loosely, through soft lines, rounded edges and a free outline. The idea began with irregular pearls, whose shape never repeats exactly. At 18 mm long, the pendant gives the curve of its edge enough room to lead the eye from the link down to the lower rim. We make it by hand in the BELLER workshop in Warsaw, from 925 silver.

  • We make the Pearl N°3 pendant in 925 silver: of every thousand parts of the alloy, 925 are pure silver and the remaining 75 are metals that harden it. Pure silver would be too soft for jewelry worn every day, which is why this alloy is the standard in jewelry making. A layer of rhodium protects the surface from dulling, and storing the pendant separately, away from cosmetics, helps the layer last longer. You can register your jewelry with BELLER Care: once you join, we inspect and clean it, and polish it when needed, free of charge, for life. Rhodium re-plating of silver and any repairs are quoted before any work begins.

What sets it apart

The Pearl N°3 silver pendant from the BELLER Pearl collection takes the form of a flattened oval with a single gently curving edge. This one curve sets the oval in motion: instead of a symmetrical medallion, it becomes a shape with a clear direction. Apart from it, the smooth form has no accents, so it is the curve of the edge that gives the pendant its character. In this version the pendant is made only in 925 silver, always plated with rhodium.

Is the Pearl N°3 silver pendant set with a pearl?

No, the Pearl N°3 silver pendant is set with neither a pearl nor any stone. We make the pendant, inspired by the shape of a pearl, in 925 sterling silver with a rhodium finish. It is 18 mm long.

Is the Pearl N°3 pendant also available in gold?

Yes, the store also has the Pearl N°3 gold pendant, described on a separate listing. In gold it is made in two finenesses, 14K (585) and 18K (750), and in yellow, white or rose. The silver and gold versions share the same curved edge and differ only in metal.

Is the Pearl N°3 silver pendant hollow?

No, the Pearl N°3 silver pendant is not hollow: 925 silver fills it through its entire thickness. A solid form holds the shape of the curved edge better, because it has no thin walls that could deform. Rhodium covers only the outer surface, beneath which the silver is uniform.
