Where in Kraków and Warsaw can you see BELLER gemstone rings?

You can see BELLER gemstone rings in two boutiques: in Kraków on Szczepańska 9 in the Old Town and in Warsaw on Mokotowska 71 in the city center. Both are open Monday to Saturday from 11:00 to 19:00, and no appointment is needed.

Some of our gemstone rings are one-of-a-kind pieces that exist in a single example. Why does the color of a gemstone need to be seen in person?

Because the color of a colored stone depends on the light, and a photograph captures only one light. In daylight a stone shows its tone most honestly, under a warm lamp it turns deeper. In the boutique you can take the ring to the window, set it next to another and see it on your hand, against the color of the gold it is set in. A diamond seen in person is viewed in a similar way, except that with a colored stone you judge not whiteness but the tone that is meant to stay with you for years.

All our stones are natural. We source them ourselves and we set them ourselves in our own atelier workshop in Warsaw, and the setting has one task: to draw the light out of the stone.

Which gemstone rings will you see in the boutiques, and what do they cost?

In our boutiques we show three lines with colored stones, priced from 2 450 PLN to 14 000 PLN:

• Your Way, eight rings from 2 450 PLN to 4 150 PLN: a single stone on a 2 mm band, a white, green or blue sapphire, a garnet, a tanzanite or a pink tourmaline.
• Witraż krakowski, four rings from 3 550 PLN to 4 650 PLN: nine to twelve small stones along a band 1 to 2 mm wide.
• B.ONE, rings from 4 650 PLN to 14 000 PLN: one striking ruby, tanzanite, tourmaline or sapphires, often with side diamonds.

All the stones are AAA grade, the highest grade for color and clarity, which we explain in our text on natural precious gemstones. 585 gold is harder and handles everyday wear well, 750 has a deeper, warmer color, and both are solid gold.

How does a one-of-a-kind B.ONE ring differ from a Your Way ring?

A B.ONE ring is created around one stone and often exists in a single example, while Your Way is made for you in the gold fineness you choose. B One N°43 is a round 0.7 CT ruby in white gold with side diamonds, for 11 500 PLN, and B One N°45 is a 1.04 CT baguette cut tanzanite for 12 850 PLN. The descriptions of B One N°2, N°42 and N°43 state plainly that they are one-of-a-kind.

Your Way N°5 with a 0.28 CT blue sapphire costs from 2 950 PLN and is made in yellow gold or, on request, in white gold, and we make Your Way N°1 with a white sapphire in white, yellow or rose gold. What connects the Witraż krakowski rings with the boutique on Szczepańska?

The Witraż krakowski rings belong to the Kraków Collection, whose colorful chapter draws on the stained glass windows of Wyspiański and Mehoffer. On Szczepańska 9, a few steps from the Main Square, you see them in the city that inspired them, although they are waiting for you in Warsaw as well.

Witraż krakowski N°2 combines five blue sapphires, three green emeralds and a violet tanzanite, 0.175 CT in total, for 3 850 PLN. N°3 has twelve stones, red garnets, yellow citrines, a yellow sapphire and green peridots, for 3 550 PLN. Twelve stones in a single ring are best judged in daylight, because in daylight you see each color on its own.

Which gemstone should you choose for a ring worn every day?

The hardest one: sapphire and ruby rate 9 on the Mohs scale, which measures resistance to scratching from 1 to 10, and only diamond rates 10. Emerald rates 7.5 to 8, tourmaline 7 to 7.5, garnet 6.5 to 7.5 and tanzanite 6 to 7, which is why a tanzanite ring is best taken off for housework. Can a gemstone ring be designed from scratch?

Yes, we create such a ring to order: we meet, we design, we show you a visualization, and then the ring is made in our workshop. You choose 585 or 750 gold, its color, white, yellow or rose, and the stone, because we create a design around the stone you choose to order. We also handle express orders and can help with tight deadlines, once the timing has been agreed with our workshop.

What do you receive together with a gemstone ring?

A certificate with a unique number, free engraving with the purchase and a free lifetime service, and our workshop makes the first size adjustment free of charge, to an extent that depends on the construction of the ring. We check the size on your finger in the boutique. The service covers a check of the jewelry's condition, polishing and size adjustment, and applies to BELLER jewelry only: you bring the ring to the boutique and our workshop takes care of the rest.
