That is why BELLER keeps two boutiques, one in Warsaw and one in Kraków, where every design can be seen, tried on and compared with another in the same cabinet.
Where can you see BELLER jewelry in Kraków and Warsaw?
In two places: at Mokotowska 71 in the Śródmieście district of Warsaw and at Szczepańska 9 in the Old Town of Kraków, a few steps from the Main Square. Both addresses were chosen deliberately, because these are the parts of the cities where older architecture sits next to contemporary craft, exactly as it does in our designs. How does seeing jewelry in person differ from a photograph?
A photograph shows shape, a visit shows scale, weight and the way jewelry behaves in movement. An earring that looks delicate in a picture can be forty millimetres tall, and a bracelet weighing sixteen grams sits on the wrist quite differently from a light, thin form. In person you also see the difference between white, yellow and rose gold under a particular light, and that is one of the hardest things to judge on a monitor.
Finally, you see the finish. A polished surface throws light back sharply, satin scatters it softly, hammering breaks the reflection into dozens of small points. We wrote about this at length in our piece on gold jewelry finishes, but this is knowledge that arrives best through the hand.
What exactly will you find in the cabinets of both boutiques?
The full range of what is made in our workshop, from silver to diamond jewelry. The gold offer holds more than four hundred designs in the gold jewelry collection, the silver one more than two hundred in the silver collection, and prices begin at 350 zł for the silver Raw N°7 ring and reach diamond rings and bracelets counted in tens of thousands. That entire span can be seen in one place, side by side.
In Kraków you will also find the complete Kraków Collection, twenty six designs inspired by the symbols of the city, from 1 250 zł for the silver Smok Wawelski N°2 ring to 13 500 zł for the gold Smok Wawelski N°1 bangle. It is our only line whose starting point was a particular city.
Do you need an appointment, and how long does a visit take?
An appointment is not required, you can simply walk in. Many clients begin exactly that way, spontaneously after work or on a free Saturday, and that is quite enough to look through the cabinets and try on a few designs. A short visit with no particular goal is often the best beginning, because it lets you see the scale of the offer without the pressure of a decision.
If you are coming about something specific, an engagement ring or wedding bands for instance, it is worth calling ahead. We will then have the models and stones ready for your appointment and the conversation moves faster. We also arrange discreet visits, when the choice is to remain a surprise. Just mention it in the first call or email, and we will take care of the rest.
What can be done with jewelry on site, the same day?
Rather more than people usually assume. Engraving is free of charge, the first size adjustment is included in the price of the jewelry you order, and its scope depends on the construction of the particular model, for example on whether stones run all the way around the band. We also run a free refreshing and polishing service, which we describe in a separate piece on jewelry service.
An individual project also begins here. You can bring your own idea, choose the metal, the colour of the gold and the stone, and then see a visualisation before anything is made. This path is called jewelry made to order and it is what separates an author's workshop from a shop with a ready made assortment.
How long is the wait if you choose a design made to measure?
An engagement ring or wedding bands are made as standard in three to five working days, never longer than seven working days from confirmation of the order. If the date of the proposal or the wedding is already set, say so straight away, because once a date has been agreed with the workshop we also accept express orders. Fully individual projects need more time, since they include a meeting, a sketch and a visualisation.
Which boutique should you choose if you are passing through?
The one that is closer, because the offer in both is the same and the team in each will guide you through the whole process, from the first viewing to collection. The Kraków boutique at Szczepańska 9 is within walking distance of the Main Square and the Planty gardens, so a visit folds easily into a day spent in the city. The Warsaw one at Mokotowska 71 stands in a quarter of tenement houses between Plac Zbawiciela and Plac Trzech Krzyży, a few minutes from the Politechnika metro station.

How do you arrange a visit to BELLER?
The simplest way is by telephone or through the form on the Book a meeting page. Give the city, an approximate date and what you would like to see, and we will prepare the designs in advance. If you cannot travel to either city, we will advise you by telephone and show photographs and video of particular models.
The greatest value, though, lies in the visit itself. Only in the cabinet can you see how one design sits beside another, how the weight settles on the hand and how the shine moves when you turn your wrist towards the light. No description replaces that, including this one.
