    We built the B.One N°8 necklace around a color that comes to mind less often with sapphires: green. The round sapphires from Sri Lanka have a combined weight of 0.84 CT and AAA clarity. The setting is 14K (585) white gold, finished with a bright layer of rhodium.

  • The B.One N°8 necklace in white gold carries the idea of the B.One collection, in which the stone plays the leading role, over to sapphires of a single green color. Each stone has a round cut that returns light evenly, and the white gold around them stays cool and bright. We create the necklace by hand in the BELLER workshop in Warsaw; it weighs about 3.2 g. We matched the sapphires by color, so that the green stays even across the whole necklace.

  • The 14K (585) white gold of the B.One N°8 necklace contains 585 parts of pure gold per thousand and owes its cool luster to a rhodium coating, which wears away over the years and needs renewing. Sapphire has a hardness of 9 on the Mohs scale and can scratch softer jewelry, so the necklace is best stored on its own. We harden the gold, which strengthens the metal and makes it more resistant to scratches. You can register your jewelry with BELLER Care: once you join, we inspect and clean it, and polish it when needed, free of charge, for life. For two years from collection we also rhodium-plate it free of charge when the color needs it. Repairs are quoted before any work begins.

What sets it apart

B.One N°8 is a BELLER necklace from the B.One collection in which we set green sapphires from Sri Lanka, a combined 0.84 CT, in white gold. What sets it apart is that a green sapphire remains a sapphire: it has the durability of corundum, while its color recalls stones that are far softer. Here, then, green comes together with resistance to scratches in everyday wear. The necklace has a single version, in 14K (585) white gold.

Are the green sapphires in B.One N°8 natural?

Yes. The sapphires in the B.One N°8 necklace are natural and have undergone no heating or other treatment, and their clarity is AAA grade. Sapphire is a corundum that, depending on its trace elements, takes on a blue, yellow, pink or green color, and green is usually linked to the presence of iron. The color therefore comes from the crystal.

Is B.One N°8 made in yellow gold?

No. The B.One N°8 necklace has a single metal version, 14K (585) white gold plated with rhodium, with no yellow or rose gold versions.
