At Mokotowska 71, in the heart of Śródmieście, a few minutes from Plac Zbawiciela. The boutique is open Monday to Saturday from 11:00 to 19:00 and there is no need to announce yourself in advance, though if you would rather have time reserved for you alone, a word is enough.
Waiting on site is the whole engagement rings category, forty designs, from stones barely marked to one carat diamonds. You can set them side by side on a single counter, in natural light, and only then see how differently each one reads on a hand.
Why is a ring from Mokotowska made in the same city?
Because our own atelier works in Warsaw, so the road from the counter to the bench is as short as it gets. This is not an organisational detail but a real difference in what we can promise you: a change of band width, a different stone setting or a size correction does not travel across the country to a subcontractor.

How can you compare diamond size on your own hand?
The simplest way is to try three different weights one after another and look at the hand from the distance other people actually see it, meaning a metre away rather than twenty centimetres. The difference between 0.30 and 0.50 CT looks dramatic in a photograph, yet on a finger it can be subtle, because diameter grows far more slowly than weight.

How long does it take for a ring to be ready?
Ready models can be taken straight from the boutique, and pieces shipped from the atelier are prepared within 2 to 5 working days. A design created from scratch is a separate conversation about timing, which we settle at the start so there is calm time for choosing the stone and the proportions.
We also take express orders. If the date is close and time is short, say so straight away, because once the schedule is agreed with the atelier we can help far more often than you would expect.
Can a ring be designed from scratch?
Yes, and it is the most common reason a conversation at Mokotowska lasts longer than a quarter of an hour. We start with the stone, then settle the colour of the gold, the width of the band and the type of setting, and everything is made by hand in our atelier. You can also bring your own gold or a family stone and weave it into a new design.

What is included in the price beyond the ring itself?
Engraving is free, one resizing is included in the price of the ring, and our jewellery is covered by a lifetime service of cleaning, polishing and repairs, rhodium plating of white gold included. It means that if a size measurement turns out to be half a number off, it is not a problem to solve but a short visit.
