You arrive with an idea and leave with a settled form, gold fineness, stone and date. The jewelry itself is created in our own atelier, where we have been making pieces for BELLER clients for fourteen years. Below we describe how this path looks from the Warsaw boutique: what to bring, what you decide, how we look at stones and when you collect the finished piece.
What can you order at the BELLER boutique in Warsaw?
In Warsaw you can order every kind of jewelry we make: an engagement ring, a pair of wedding bands, earrings, a necklace, a pendant or a bracelet, in 585 or 750 gold or in 925 silver. The design can start from scratch, from your description and our sketch, or grow out of a piece that already exists in the collection and that we change in chosen places.
Full personalization runs under the name Your Way: a meeting, a design, a visualization and the making. Those conversations also produced the ready Your Way ring collection, nine designs with colored stones priced from 2 450 zł to 13 500 zł, which in the boutique serve as a starting point for talking about your stone and your setting. What should you bring to a meeting at Mokotowska 71?
An idea is enough, even a blurry one, but a few things shorten the way to a design: a photo of a form you like, a ring worn on the same finger we are sizing for, and the stone or gold you want to use. You do not need a sketch; the sketch is made at the table.
A budget frame stated at the start also helps, because we quote the price during the conversation and match the gold weight and the stone to it, not the other way round. How many decisions go into one custom ring?
Usually six: gold fineness, gold color, stone, band width, surface finish and engraving. We show each of them on finished pieces from the display case, so that we talk about things you hold in your hand rather than about imagined ones.
We tell 585 and 750 gold apart by character, not by class: 585 is harder and takes everyday wear in its stride, 750 has a deeper, warmer tone. The same form in the higher fineness weighs and is priced differently, which is why the Your Way N°9 ring with a 0.23 ct pink tourmaline costs 3 250 zł in 585 gold and 3 950 zł in 750 gold. The gold color, yellow, white or rose, is chosen separately for the setting and for the band. Width is easiest to see on the Twirl N°5 ring, whose band widens from 0.5 to 3 mm at a weight of 0.72 g, and the finish, polished, matte or hammered, is described in our article on gold jewelry finishes. Why is a stone chosen at Mokotowska rather than on a screen?
Because the color of a natural stone changes with the light, and at Mokotowska 71 we lay several stones side by side in daylight; only then do you see which one is yours. We source them ourselves and set them ourselves, natural only: diamonds of D to E color and VVS1 clarity, and AAA colored stones with a stated origin.
The difference between two sapphires is clearest on a pair from the Your Way collection. N°3 carries a triangular 0.17 ct sapphire from Montana in a cool green and costs 2 850 zł; N°5 a round 0.28 ct sapphire from Sri Lanka in classic blue for 2 950 zł; both on a two-millimetre band, each with a different temperament. When will you collect jewelry ordered in Warsaw?
A ring or a pair of wedding bands is normally made in 3 to 5 working days and never in more than 7 working days from confirmation of the order. A design created from scratch first needs time for the sketch and the visualization, which you approve before the gold goes to the atelier, and we talk about that time at the meeting.
We also take on express orders and can help when the date is tight, once the deadline has been agreed with the atelier. You collect the finished piece at Mokotowska 71 or we ship it to the address you give, free of charge within Poland and the whole European Union. If the date is close and a collection piece is available immediately, we ship it within 2 to 5 working days.
Can you order without a visit and collect in Warsaw?
Yes. When you cannot come, we talk by phone on +48 731 091 091 or through the contact page, show photos and videos of specific pieces and stones, and send the design visualization for approval. The finished piece then waits at the boutique at Mokotowska 71 or travels by courier.
We do encourage you to stand at the boutique table at least once, because jewelry personalized under Your Way is created for you alone and cannot be returned; it is the last moment to feel the weight of the gold and see the stone before work begins. What stays included in the price when a piece was made for you?
Engraving, one ring resizing or one bracelet shortening, and refreshing and polishing as part of our service; we take care of it. Every piece comes with a BELLER certificate bearing a unique number, and a diamond above 0.3 ct additionally carries a GIA certificate.
Resizing is done by hand in our atelier so that the ring keeps its original form, also with delicate bands such as the Twirl N°5, whose band is half a millimetre at its narrowest. A booked slot gives you more, though, because we then prepare stones and designs for your idea, and for a secret order we arrange a confidential form of visit.
