If no ready-made design fully captures what you are looking for, our Your Way service will design something from scratch with you: from a conversation about style, through choosing the gold, stone and form, to hand-crafting it in our atelier in Warsaw or Cracow. Standard production takes 3 to 5 business days, and for more complex made-to-order pieces we will agree the schedule before we begin. This is jewelry that is truly one of a kind.

How do I choose gold purity: 585 or 750?

585 gold (14K) is harder and more resistant to everyday wear, which makes it a great choice for jewelry worn every day. 750 gold (18K) has a deeper, warmer color and a more prestigious character, though it is slightly softer. The choice depends on your lifestyle and taste, and we are happy to advise you for a specific piece and your hand. Each purity is available in three colors of gold.

Does BELLER jewelry come with a certificate of authenticity?

Yes, every piece comes with a BELLER certificate of authenticity confirming the metal and the craftsmanship. Natural diamonds above 0.3 carat additionally receive a certificate from the international GIA laboratory, while smaller stones are assessed by our in-house gemologist for clarity and color. This gives you full confidence in the origin and quality of every stone.

Are engraving and jewelry servicing free of charge?

Engraving is free with us, so you can add a date, initials or a short dedication at no extra cost. We also refresh and polish your jewelry free of charge and help with sizing as part of our after-sales care. You will find the details on our jewelry service page.

Where can I see and try on BELLER jewelry?

You are welcome at our boutique in Warsaw at 71 Mokotowska Street and our boutique in Cracow at 9 Szczepańska Street, a few steps from the Main Market Square. Both salons are open Monday to Saturday, from 11:00 to 19:00. In person you can compare purities and colors of gold on your hand and see the stones up close.

How long does an order take at BELLER?

Pieces available in the shop are usually shipped right away, while made-to-order jewelry is typically completed in 2 to 3 weeks. We understand last-minute purchases, though, and for urgent orders we do our best to speed things up, so it is always worth asking us about a specific date. We will also craft an individual design to order.
